All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:  We offer $5 flat rate shipping with USPS Ground within the United States. At this time we do not offer any expedited shipping rates.

International Shipping: USPS Ground Shipping costs outside of the contiguous United States may be at a surcharged rate.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! At this time we do not have a return system in place, but in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us directly at hello@katiepolansky.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at katiepolansky.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
